Founded in 1995 by Larry Stinnett, Backflow Specialty has grown from a small, family-run operation into one of Tennessee’s most trusted names in backflow prevention. What began with a single service truck and a commitment to doing the job right has become a company known for expertise, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships.

Larry went home to be with the Lord in 2012, however his legacy continues on through his wife (and current CEO of Backflow) Ginny Stinnett, and his oldest son, Brad Stinnett (President). There are three generations of Stinnett's still involved in the daily operations of what we do. We're thankful for the foundation Larry left for us to build upon.
